What should I do when on vacation?
We recommend planning ahead so you can continue your program while vacationing. Taking protein bars and snacks with you makes it easier to 'snack right' while you are away and most often you will be able to find restaurants or shops that fit in fairly closely with the eating plan of Nutrition Complete.
Pre-planning can help you continue to lose weight while you travel. Members who are able to plan and continue the program while traveling or ordering out get the best results. Always remember your end goals - a healthier weight and a healthier lifestyle. If you are unable to follow your current 6 meals a day plan, try to eat at least 5 times a day - and enjoy your travel!
